In-salon appointment cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the service time, cancellations or no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service, unless the scheduled time can be filled with another client.

Special events cancellations are accepted 2-4 weeks prior to the event scheduled, depending on the agreement of both parties.
